Those students of Bihar state , Who are willing to pursue higher studies in any field but due to weak financial conditions they are unable to do so ,Then Through this scheme , can avail free Education loan for upto 4 lakhs and continue their studies & The most important aspect here is that the government owns the loan in the borrower’s stead, which needs to be repaid once the education is complete and the student finds a job successfully.
