Venkateshwara Open University is established through the Arunachal Pradesh State Legislative Act, LAW/LEGN-10/2012 Arunachal Pradesh (Act No.10 of 2012). As per the letter of UGC, Venkateshwara Open University, Arunachal Pradesh has been established by an act of the State Legislature of Arunachal Pradesh as a private University and is empowered to award degrees as specified under section 22 of the UGC Act.
Venkateshwara Open University is an International platform for higher learning. VOU vowed to achieve extraordinary stature in the field of higher education for the benefit of career-oriented youth aspiring to achieve high grades of success.
