Pt. Khushilal Sharma Govt. (Autonomous) Ayurved College & Institute is a reputed government college, located in Bhopal, MP. This Institute was established in the year 1995 by Government of Madhya Pradesh in the name of late Pt. Khushilal Sharma a leading Ayurvedic Physician and father of the Hon. Former President of India Late Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma.

Affiliated to BU Bhopal & MPMSU, Jabalpur and Approved by CCIM & Ministry of Ayush, New Delhi, Govt. of India. The state government of Madhya Pradesh had announced the college as autonomous in the year 1997, and the management of the Institute is regulated by the registered society (vide letter No 4245/97 dated 06-01-1997), named as Pt. Khushi Lal Sharma Government Ayurveda College & Institute society, Bhopal.

Aims & Objectives :

Making a world class instituions which offers best healthcare services and provide best educational facility in graduate and post graduate.

1) To conduct the research activities of National and International Standard.

2) To establish an Ayurvedic treatment center of national repute.

3) To establish a drug manufacturing unit for production of quality Ayurvedic medicines and to formulate the standard pharmacopoeia in Ayurveda.

4) To preserve, develop and cultivate the Medicinal Plants.

5) To organize training programmers for Para-medical Staff and to institute various Para-Medical courses related to Ayurveda.

6) To establish a literary research center and publish various Magazines and journals of National and International standard.

7) To establish a herbal gene bank.
