Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), An Autonomous Organisation Vidyalayas are functioning under Dept. of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Human Resources Development, Govt. of India and functioning in Various Districts. It was founded in 1986 by the Government of India.

The Navodaya Entrance Exam 2024, conducted in the name of JNV selection Test annually by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), is a national-level entrance examination for admission into the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs).

NVS Admission 2024 for Class 6
The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has started the online registration process for Class 6 admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) for the academic year 2024-25.
The admission is based on the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST), which will be held in two phases on November 4, 2023 and January 20, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria for JNVST 2024
1. The candidate must be studying in Class V during the academic year 2023-2024.
2. The candidate should have been born between 01-05-2012 to 31-7-2014 (both days inclusive).
3. The candidate must be a resident of the district where the JNV is located.
4. The website novodaya.gov.in the official website.
5. At least 75% of seats for children from schools are located in rural areas.
6. 1/3rd seats for girls. 3% seats for Divyang children.
7. Seats for Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe as per Govt. of India norms.
How to fill JNVST Class 6 Application Form 2024?
1. Go to the official link: http://cbseitms.in/nvsregn/index.aspx
2. Click on the Class 6 and Class 9 registration link.
3. Fill all the details in the application form.
4. Upload documents as asked in the specified format.
5. Now, preview the form and submit it.
6. Take a printout of the filled JNVST 2024 application form and retain it for future reference.
JNV Result 2024
The result of the JNV Selection Test is expected to be announced 10 days after conduct of examination for all JNVs. The result will be displayed in the offices of the concerned.
