National Testing Agency, NTA has opened the NEET 2021 Phase 2 registrations on October 1. Candidates who want to appear for Phase 2 exam can register online for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test through the official site of NTA NEET on neet.nta.nic.in.

Candidates need to enter details of their category, educational details and uploading of the required documents. Here we bring to you the details that candidates need to submit and the documents they need to upload. According to NTA, the facility to fill the second phase of registration is available only for those candidates who have applied successfully in the first phase by paying the application fee are eligible for filling the second phase application form of NEET 2021.

The first phase of the Login NEET 2021 application form correction in the fields of gender, nationality, e-mail, address, category, sub-category, and educational details for Class 11 and 12 can be made.

How to Fill NEET 2021 Phase 2 Application Form

1. Visit the official website of NEET 2021 or visit the link https://testservices.nic.in/NEET2021/Registration/CorrectionInstructionP2.aspx

2. Login with the NEET 2021 application number, password and captcha

3. Enter the One Time Password (OTP) which will be sent to the registered mobile numbers

4. Click on 'Verify & Proceed for Correction'

5. Enter the details or edit the information entered in the first phase of registration
