The Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) exam is a standardised test administered by the College Board, taken by individuals who want to continue their higher education abroad, particularly in the US and European countries. The College Board has not set a specific age limit to appear for the SAT Exam. However, the most number of applicants are between 17 to 19 years of age. The SAT exam is administered seven times a year and students can take the exam as many times as they want. Students who are in their final year of schooling can also apply for the SAT exam.
Indian candidates appearing for the SAT exam need to pay a registration fee of USD 60 (Around INR 5,000) and a regional fee of USD 43 (Around INR 3,588). Thus, the total SAT examination fee that Indian students need to pay is USD 103 (around INR 8,594).
