The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee released the admit cards for the upcoming Joint Admission test for Masters (JAM) 2025 today, January 6, 2025. The admit card can be downloaded from the official website at joaps.iitd.ac.in.
IIT JAM 2025 exam will be held on February 2, 2025, in two sessions. Exams for Chemistry (CY) Geology (GG) and Mathematics (MA) papers will be held in the first forenoon session. Exams for Biotechnology (BT), Economics (EN), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH) will be held in the afternoon session.
The test will have objective-type questions asked in three different patterns that include Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), Multiple Select Questions (MSQs), and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. There will be a negative marking of one-third marks for every wrong question attempted in section A featuring MCQs. However, for other sections, there’s no provision for negative marking.

Step 1: Visit the official website of IIT JAM- jam2025.iitd.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the IIT JAM 2025 admit card link
Step 3: Enter the required details such as enrollment ID and password
Step 4: The IIT JAM 2025 admit card will appear on the screen
Step 5: Download and take a printout for future reference.
