The energetic Kosi land of Mandan Bharati has been the center of knowledge, science and culture since time immemorial. Kosi's catastrophe blocked the economic development of the place, but the papaya of knowledge has not been able to tarnish the Bipasha of knowledge from time to time.
In order to keep alive the culture and culture of this earth, many mystics established educational institutions from time to time. As a result of this, on 26 January 1980, intellectuals of Saharsa resolved to establish a multi-dimensional standard college in the field of higher education to reinforce the tradition of this underdeveloped region. India is rarely religious religion.
The local Sarva Narayan Singh Ram Kumar Singh College at the headquarters of the Kosi Division today has flourished and developed as an integrated unit of the University. The academics of all sections of the society have given their meaningful support in this sacred work.
