JIPMER PG 2023 Important Dates

Every year the JIPMER PG 2023 will be conducted twice by the official authorities of the JIPMER. The applicants can apply for the JIPMER PG 2023 in the month of November or May 2023. The official authorities will provide admission to only those applicants who are eligible and meet the eligibility criteria set by the institution.

JIPMER PG 2023 Eligibility

All the candidates have to realize the following terms and conditions of eligibility set by the examination cell of the institute.

Nationality

1. Indian National (IN) or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) or Foreign Nationals (FN) candidates can apply for the MD/MS.

2. For admission in MDS, Candidates should be either Indian National (IN) or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI).

Qualification Eligibility Criteria for JIPMER PG 2023

1. MD or MS courses: Candidates must possess MBBS or an equivalent Degree recognized by the Medical Council of India.

2. MDS courses: Candidates must possess BDS or an equivalent Degree recognized by the Dental Council of India.

3. General(UR)/OCI/EWSs/Sponsored/Foreign National/OBC category candidates is 55%.

4. Candidates who belong to SC/ST category must have a minimum of 50% marks.

5. For PWD candidates the minimum marks as provided for the category to which the candidate belongs shall apply.

JIPMER PG 2023 Application Form

The candidates are advised to go through the prospectus before starting registration for the JIPMER PG entrance exam and ensure not to miss any important information. Candidates must check the following details -

1. The application form/examination form for JIPMER PG 2023 for both sessions will be released online on the official website.

2. The applicants will be able to get the JIPMER PG 2023 Application Form in online mode on the official website.

3. The applicants who want to apply for the admission process in the institution will have to fill and submit the JIPMER PG 2023 Application Form from the official website.

4. In order to get the JIPMER PG 2023 Application Form, the applicants will have to visit the official website of the JIPMER university.

5. Always upload the latest photograph in the specified formats, as Polaroid photographs will not be accepted at any cost. Upload your authentic signature. Then All the candidates have to pay the application fee online.

Application Fee

Candidates can pay the Application pay by online mode i.e, Net Banking, Credit Card & Debit Card. The application fee for INI SS 2022 exam is Rs 4250/- for all applicants. However, the fee is exempted for PWBD candidates. The applicant can pay using a Debit card/Credit card/Net banking.

JIPMER PG 2023 Admit Card

JIPMER PG 2023 entrance exam will release on the official website of Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER).

1. Candidates download their admit card on the Online mode only.

2. No change is possible in the category/age/name/date of birth.

3. Candidates will not be allowed for entrance exam if they don't have valid id proof along with admit card.

4. Candidates must keep a copy of their admit card because it is compulsory for the admission process.

5. JIPMER also changes the exam date and time of the entrance exam, depending on the circumstances.

6. Re-examination shall not be held by the JIPMER under any circumstances.

Counselling Process

All the shortlisted candidates are supposed to check the official website of the institute and check for their counseling date. They need to log in by entering their credentials. All the selected must carry their original mark sheets and certificates while appearing for the counseling process. The attested and downloaded mark sheets will not allow at counseling.
