Eligibility Criteria for AP EAMCET 2025

1. The candidate must have scored a minimum of 45% in Higher Secondary School while 40% for a reserved category is the minimum educational qualification required to apply for AP EAMCET.

2. The aspirants must have studied Mathematics and Physics as the main subjects and Bio-Technology or Chemistry or Biology as the optional subjects from the Andhra Pradesh/Telangana recognized board.

3. The aspirant must be between the age of 17 to 22 years while for SC/ST category the maximum age limit is 25 years.

How to apply for AP EAPCET?

1. Visit the official website, sche.ap.gov.in

2. On the homepage, click ‘AP EAPCET 2024’

3. You will be redirected to a new page

4. Click on ‘online application’ in the main tab

5. Make a payment, check payment status Register

6. AP EAPCET Application fee: Candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs.500. Candidates will be able to apply for the exam only after making the payment.

AP EAPCET Exam pattern

1. The exam will be computer-based multiple choice question. It will be conducted for three hours duration and candidates will have to answer 160 questions.

2. Based on the score they secure in the exam, the candidates will get admissions in different colleges. According to the official notification, the result will be declared on May 5.

AP EAMCET (EAPCET) Admit Card 2025

The organising institute, JNTU Kakinada, is responsible for issuing the AP EAMCET admit card or hall ticket for the examination.

AP EAPCET Reservation

A certain percentage of seats in AP EAPCET Participating Colleges are reserved for the candidates of the underprivileged section. These include SC, ST, PWD and OBC. The relaxation provided to them is based on government norms.
