Jamia Hamdard has launched a two-year Master's program in International Studies for the academic session 2021-22. The course will be offered by Hamdard Institute of International Studies as Master of Arts (MA), and the subject may be referred to as International Relations, International Affairs and Global Affairs.
The curriculum is multi-disciplinary, drawing on the teaching and research strengths of international politics, law, economics, and area studies (particularly in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East), as well as a wide variety of languages.
The MA International Studies program at Jamia Hamdard is for those who wish to work or work in government, non-profit, business or academic organizations requiring international expertise.
The program is designed to prepare students for a variety of positions, including those in the Foreign Service or other government departments; International civil service (such as the United Nations or the European Union); international non-governmental organizations (working in areas such as development, humanitarian aid and conflict resolution); Multinational corporations and international media.

Duration of the course: Two years, divided into four semesters.
Eligibility: For admission to MA (International Studies) candidate must have a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized institute with minimum 50% marks.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit, which is decided by their performance in the particular qualifying examination.
Closing Date of Application: The last date to apply is 15 September 2021.
Fee Structure: The annual course fee for Indian students is Rs. 100,000 and is USD 3,500 for NRIs and foreign nationals.
